Application Development Manager - Python/AWS (7-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end product development, particularly in AWS environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on experience in building and managing products, and a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the delivery of the product.

- Have a strong understanding of the technical stack.

- Identify and manage dependencies effectively.

- Allocate and manage resources efficiently based on project requirements.

Project Management :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Monitor project progress, addressing risks and issues proactively.

Product Development :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and operations, to build scalable and reliable products.

- Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

- Conduct product performance reviews and recommend improvements.

Team Collaboration :

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in technical roles, including product development and project management.

- Proficiency in Python.

- Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying products on AWS.

- Strong understanding of AWS services.

- Strong technical acumen with the ability to review code, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

- Prior experience working in startup environments is a plus.
