Manager - Talent Acquisition (6-11 yrs)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 66.

Work Mode: Office (5 days).

We are looking for someone with Corporate and Niche Hiring work experience with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborates with hiring managers, leadership and HR delivery team in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone and video interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.

- Oversee team hiring efforts, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

- Establish and track targets weekly to monthly to monitor progress effectively ensuring that the right candidates are recruited, at the right time, at the right price.

- Take over job postings, activate searches on hiring forums and social media platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & IIM Jobs.
