Senior Manager - Retention Analytics (8-10 yrs)

Hiring for Senior ManagerRetention Analytics with a leading Content Distribution service provider.

Location: Mumbai,Santacruz.

Work Mode: Work from Office,5 Days.

ROLE:

- Retention Analytics Proven experience in managing entire analytical projects focused on driving churn analytics, experience in leading projects leading to churn reduction and providing actionable business recommendations and insights.

- Proficient in creating custom reports and dashboards on user behaviour, churn management, channel performance, marketing spends ROI, and product performance.

- Strategic Collaboration Expertise in consulting and close collaboration with cross functional teams to track, monitor, and report performance against KPIs and relevant marketing metrics.

- Also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements for analytics solutions.

- Analytical Roadmaps Successful creation of analytical roadmaps for projects, coupled with making recommendations to senior management to improve performance and maximize retention KPIs.

- Project Ownership Ownership of tracking key projects, processes, and ad hoc reporting of key performance indicators related to the revenue line of business.

- Data Governance Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Process Improvement Monitoring and providing analytical guidance across the team for implementing and tracking process improvements and changes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in BI and analytics.

- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in BI tools (e., Tableau, Power BI), data warehousing, SQL, and advanced analytics techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
