Job Summary :

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team meets the objectives of revenue growth, improved retention, and a better understanding of customers by creating analytical frameworks and plans.

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead the marketing analytics team to supervise and execute retention and revenue growth projects, ensuring timely execution and documentation of initiatives and experiments.

- Design analytical solutions and drive high-impact strategic projects that contribute to considerable organizational growth.

- Leverage data to gain insights into user behavior and experience to inform digital marketing, CRM, and retention strategies.

- Support the team in the creation of analysis frameworks and strategies, and help resolve any roadblocks they might encounter.

- Prioritize tasks based on impact vs effort assessment, guiding the team in efficient decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and execute critical growth and profitability objectives.

Job Requirements :

- 7-10 years of total experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Team Lead/Manager role.

- Must be able to provide strong mentorship and leadership, setting a clear direction, motivating team members, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Preferably a B.Tech in CS/IT, or a Bachelor's in Mathematics/Statistics.

- Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with at least one scripting language, preferably Python.

- Proficient in Excel, with the ability to structure and present data creatively to extract meaningful insights.

- Expertise in applying new methodologies and approaches to data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes.

- Experience with Tableau/Metabase for creating interactive dashboards is preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as CleverTap, Google Analytics, etc. is a plus.

- Basic understanding of statistical techniques.
