As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who is passionate about sales, technology, and creating tailored audio-video solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive and oversee all sales activities within the assigned region, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities by prospecting new clients, establishing relationships, and closing deals in the audio-video industry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors to ensure continued business growth and repeat sales.
- Regional Strategy Development: Develop and execute a regional sales plan in line with the company's overall sales goals, taking into account market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales representatives, offering guidance, support, and training to ensure high productivity and client satisfaction.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights into market conditions, helping to adjust strategy and tactics as needed.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with customers and stakeholders, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Product Training & Support: Ensure the sales team is up to date with the latest product offerings, technical specifications, and sales strategies. Deliver training on new audio-video solutions and their applications to clients.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure the alignment of product offerings and promotional strategies with regional demands.
- Client Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any escalated client issues, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 10 years of sales experience in the audio-video industry or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and managing teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of audio-video products, systems, and technologies, with an ability to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build lasting relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to drive decisions and adjust strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience working with enterprise-level audio-video solutions and handling large, complex sales.
- Certifications: AVIXA, CTS, or any other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
