Supply Chain Professional - Healthcare/Pharma (10-20 yrs)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods, services, and materials throughout the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers, with a focus on pharmaceutical goods and raw materials.

- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while avoiding overstocking or stockouts. Work closely with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.

- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations. Manage and resolve any supply chain-related issues.

- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the transportation of materials and products. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

- Demand Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to accurately forecast demand and plan supply chain activities accordingly.

- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the quality of products.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key supply chain metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvements to management.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and industry regulations (e.g., GDP, GMP)

- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Certifications (Preferred): APICS, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications in supply chain or logistics.
