Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager - AV to lead and expand our presence in the Bangalore region.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AV solution sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Bangalore region to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AV domain, including large accounts and high-potential clients.
Business Development:
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, government, and educational institutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance market presence.
- Proactively engage with international AV companies and channel partners to leverage new technologies and solutions.
Client Management:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by understanding and addressing their AV requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and manage a team of sales executives, fostering a high-performing and motivated sales environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to bridge knowledge gaps and enhance sales capabilities.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the leadership team.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven expertise in AV solutions sales, preferably in system integration or similar industries.
- Strong network in the AV industry across corporate, government, and education sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate sales teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use market insights for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the AV industry.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
