Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and manage regional sales managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Daily Communication: Maintain regular communication with the sales team to provide guidance, track progress, and address challenges.
- Strategic Sales: Leverage industry connections to identify and close high-value sales opportunities, particularly with top-tier partners and corporate clients.
- Performance Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to exceed goals.
- Market Development: Identify new markets and opportunities to expand the reach of the company's brands, including ELAC, Fyne Audio, Totem Acoustic, Fonestar, Ecler, Kasper, and others.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills of the team.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and corporate clients to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales leadership, preferably in the AV/home audio or professional audio industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong industry network with the ability to leverage connections for business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, market trends, and create actionable plans.
- Willingness to travel as required to support the team and meet key partners.
