Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the Western Region.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's/master's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in sales and operations management within the Pharma and HVAC sectors.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment and drive strategic initiatives effectively
