Role Summary :
The National Manager will lead a team of Regional Team Leads, providing strategic direction and operational support to achieve program objectives. This role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, resource allocation, and fostering relationships with senior HCPs and KOLs.
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap.
- Set clear objectives for Regional Team Leads and assess their performance regularly.
Team Oversight:
- Mentor and guide Regional Team Leads to optimize their performance.
- Oversee camp/clinic plans to ensure HCP engagement and efficient execution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior HCPs and KOLs.
- Collaborate with Zonal Managers and National Sales Managers within the Respira Vertical to align operations.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring alignment with program goals and addressing challenges to ensure seamless execution.
Performance Analytics:
- Work with the Business Executive to monitor Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) and drive continuous improvement.
