Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize time usage.
• Provide administrative assistance with secretarial activities such as letter drafting, email writing, and travel booking.
• Handle personnel management tasks including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
• Coordinate office operations by ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
• Perform other duties as required to support senior executives' needs.
• Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Provides a gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO s time and office
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders. Respond positively with tact, sensitivity and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertaken
