Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  
• Provide administrative assistance with secretarial activities such as letter drafting and email writing.
  
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  
• Ensure seamless office coordination by managing day-to-day operations efficiently.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
  
• Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective email writing and phone etiquette.
• Prior Experience in E.A role is mandatory
