Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of packages.
  
• Plan and coordinate warehouse operations to meet customer demand.
  
• Monitor supply chain operations to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of shipment statuses.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in courier/logistics industry, preferably as a dispatch supervisor.
  
• Strong knowledge of dispatch scheduling, planning, and warehouse operations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
• Should have knowledge of loading & Unloading material
