Office Assistant - Dispatch

Role & responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry and record-keeping
• Maintain accurate records and files for easy reference and accessibility.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects assigned by management
• Handle day-to-day office operations and administration.
• Manage documentation.
• Maintain office records and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an office setting with a focus on administration or clerical work.
• Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and editing.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines while working under pressure
• Married Women Candidate preferred
