Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

This role involves creating and implementing employee pay and benefits programs that are fair and competitive. Leading the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Responsible for defining the compensation philosophy

- Design and roll out C&B policies incorporating current industry practices.

- Monitoring Internal Equity and Analytics

- Executing job evaluations from time to time

- Building benefits and compensation structures

- Ensure compliance to local laws wrt C&B and ensure timely pay-out of PF/Gratuity etc.

- Support compensation fitments for new hire offers in partnership with the TA team to ensure internal & external pay parity while hiring from the market & when moving the internal talent to other entities.

- Own the workforce cost budget and monitor month on month trend

- Present level wise compensation benchmarking & gaps reports to CHRO

- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are integrated with other HR programs and initiatives.

- Promote awareness on compensation and benefits programs

- Transform existing benefit programs by recommending design changes

- Work with Consultants & vendors and ensure timely completion of C&B projects

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including benefits providers, compensation consultants, and other vendors.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Strong Analytics and ability to draw insights, identify trends /gaps

- Excellent in MS excel

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

- Result orientation, ability to think innovatively

Qualification:

- Master's Degree: MBA /PGDM with specialization in Human Resources

- A certification in Compensation & Benefits

- Knowledge of Statutory Laws pertaining to Compensations/wages

- Experience- 15-20 Years
