Opening For AGM - Content Development with Club Mahindra in Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to design and develop learning content including elearning modules, digital courses, curriculum for sales and non-sales departments. The role will work closely with various subject matter experts, businesses leaders and external vendors to develop content that aligns with the companys objectives.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage content for various training programs, including e-learning courses, workshops, and training manuals.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
• Manage the content lifecycle, ensuring materials are current and relevant
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content development for training programs.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
