Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
  
• Handle employee grievances and resolve them promptly through fair processes, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among employees.
  
• Oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training & development, payroll processing, compliance with labor laws etc.
  
• Ensure seamless execution of all HR generalist activities such as policy formulation implementation monitoring.
