• Implement HR initiatives across the teams in Operations.
• Coordinate and discuss with reporting supervisor for appropriate resolution of employee grievances.
• Ensure smooth execution of onboarding formalities.
• Update the records as required or as per the protocols.
• Timely documentation to be done for each new hire.
• Maintain employee count report, filing work, joining and documentation.
• Execution of employee engagement activities as per schedule by
• Responsible for exit formalities.
• Willing to work in the night shift / US timings.
