Job Description:

Role: SAP Customer Data Cloud Developer

Location: India Remote

Specific Duties and Responsibilities 

• SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as an individual contributor. 
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CDC (Gigya) and a strong understanding of customer identity and access management (CIAM). 
• This role involves developing, integrating, and maintaining SAP CDC solutions to enhance our customer identity management processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CDC issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. development and implementation.
• Proven experience in integrating SAP CDC with other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of CIAM principles
• At least one full cycle implementation.
• Experience in integrating with other solutions including APIs
• Proven skills using SAP CDC for B2B and B2C.
• Proven experience and knowledge of GDPR and its equivalent such as CCPA.
• Excellent knowledge of FrontEnd development using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

Qualifications 

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Overall 4+ year of experience & at least 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) 
• Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
• Ready to work on offshore-onsite model
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
