🔑 Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee statutory compliances, including payroll & labor law requirements
*Manage HRMS tools and streamline HR operations
*Handle off-roll operations and ensure smooth transitions
*Provide data-driven HR analytics and insights
*Manage vendor relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
*Conduct internal & external HR audits for compliance
*Handle exit management processes and maintain employee records
*Generate adhoc MIS reports and manage inventory of joining kits
*Manage end-to-end PR/PO activities to ensure smooth procurement
🎓 What Were Looking For:
*Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field
*6-8 years of experience in HR Operations
*Strong proficiency in MS Excel & SAP
*Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
