Subject Matter Expert - Enterprise Sales
Role Description:
- We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales with 3+ years of experience in selling high-value enterprise software.
- The ideal candidate will excel in consultative sales, engaging with CXOs, and closing deals averaging - 75 lakh to - 1 crore.
- Expertise in selling to marketing teams in the real estate sector and a strong grasp of market trends are essential.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills are a must.
- An MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred to complement the role's strategic and client-centric demands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong experience of concept/consultative selling
- Ability to sell high value products, should have closed deals worth 75L to 1Cr on average
- Ability to engage with CXOs - close decision making process with such leadership
- Previous experience selling high ticket products to marketing teams of real estate builders will work
- Will share list of some organizations which do similar sales
Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years experience in selling enterprise software
- Business Acumen: In-depth market knowledge and a solid understanding of sales strategies. Expertise in analyzing real estate trends and implementing growth strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively.
- Client-Centric Approach: Focused on delivering superior customer experiences and maintaining enduring client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying challenges and devising innovative solutions to ensure seamless operations.
