Role Description:

- We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales with 6+ years of experience in selling high-value enterprise software.


- The ideal candidate will excel in consultative sales, engaging with CXOs, and closing deals averaging - 75 lakh to - 1 crore.


- Expertise in selling to marketing teams in the real estate sector and a strong grasp of market trends are essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills are a must.


- An MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred to complement the role's strategic and client-centric demands.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Strong experience of concept/consultative selling

2. Ability to sell high value products, should have closed deals worth 75L to 1Cr on average

3. Ability to engage with CXOs - close decision making process with such leadership

4. Previous experience selling high ticket products to marketing teams of real estate builders will work

5. Will share list of some organizations which do similar sales

Skills:

Experience:

- 6+ years experience in selling enterprise software

Business Acumen:

- In-depth market knowledge and a solid understanding of sales strategies.

- Expertise in analyzing real estate trends and implementing growth strategies.

- Communication:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively.

Client-Centric Approach:

- Focused on delivering superior customer experiences and maintaining enduring client relationships.

Problem-Solving:

- Skilled at identifying challenges and devising innovative solutions to ensure seamless operations.

Education: MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred
