Business Manager : Individual Contribution Role

1. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients from inbound inquiries and generate sales opportunities. Convert leads into actual sales by offering site visits for the properties listed on Magicbricks.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both buyers and sellers. Act as the main point of contact for all site visit-related activities.

3. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations during the site visit, providing insights about the property, the area, and other critical information to facilitate customer decision-making.
