Regional Operations Head - Last Mile Delivery (7-10 yrs)

- Design & implement a national strategy to be the service-provider of choice in Last Mile Delivery

- Own the profitability of operations - overall and at hub-level

- Manage and execute strategies for maximizing deployment and customer satisfaction

- Build an ecosystem of operations where riders & enablers have high engagement & retention

- Display strong people leadership qualities

- Identify and grow alternate revenue streams for augmenting and optimizing the current infrastructure

- Be a champion for tech adoption across - operations. support & collaborate tech team in building innovative technology solutions for smooth and scalable operations
