- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Head of Regional Operations in Ahmedabad.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, secure, and profitable operations across various cash management services, including ATM operations, First Line Maintenance (FLM), Cash-in-Transit (CIT), Cash Pick & Drop (CPD), and Bullion services.
- Success in this position will be defined by achieving operational excellence, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance across the region.
- This role is critical to the organization's overall operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee regional operations to ensure seamless service delivery for ATM, FLM, CIT, CPD, and Bullion services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, PSARA licenses, and 100% adherence to regulatory requirements.
Business Growth and Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow CIT and CPD business lines.
- Drive revenue growth for the region and implement tariff increase plans.
Profitability and Cost Management:
- Achieve EBIT targets for the region.
- Analyze costs and improve route profitability to enhance overall P&L performance.
- Manage DSO targets, collections, and bad debt control effectively.
Technology and Process Improvement:
- Drive the implementation of technology solutions to optimize operations and enhance service efficiency.
Manpower Management:
- Manage and lead a blue-collar workforce, ensuring adequate training and motivation to maintain high performance levels.
- Oversee workforce planning to support operational needs.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Regularly track and report on regional revenue growth, cost analysis, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Ensure timely recoveries and maintain compliance across all operational areas.
Qualifications:
Education: UG or PG in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in regional or operations management within the logistics or cash logistics industry.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong operational and business acumen.
- Expertise in P&L management and cost analysis.
- Excellent team management skills, particularly in handling a blue-collar workforce.
- Knowledge of logistics/cash logistics operations and industry compliance standards.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
