Magenta EV Solutions - Regional Operations Head (12-19 yrs)

About the role:

As the Regional Operations Head for Last Mile Delivery at Magenta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational strategy for our EV-powered delivery network. We are looking for a seasoned professional in logistics operations, specifically in the last mile delivery segment.

Responsibilities include:

- Strategic Planning, Team Leadership, Process Optimization, Technology Integration, Performance Metrics, Fleet Management, Compliance and Safety, Customer Experience, Cost Management.

Responsibilities:

- Design & implement a national strategy to be the service-provider of choice in Last Mile Delivery

- Own the profitability of operations - overall and at hub-level

- Manage and execute strategies for maximizing deployment and customer satisfaction

- Build an ecosystem of operations where riders & enablers have high engagement & retention

- Display strong people leadership qualities

- Identify and grow alternate revenue streams for augmenting and optimizing the current infrastructure

- Be a champion for tech adoption across - operations. support & collaborate tech team in building innovative technology solutions for smooth and scalable operations Location & commitments.

Working days - Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

Candidate requirements:

Experience:

- Total 12-15 Years of experience, 6-8 years of progressive experience in electric vehicle (EV) industry, logistic operations, with a focus on last mile delivery, start-up experience in last mile delivery/logistics

Skills required:

- Supply chain, Logistics, Problem solving skills, Good communication skills

Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree/MBA or graduation from a premier institute, Preferred degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
