Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts & Tax

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts.

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Prepare and present financial statements/MIS, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

- Ensure regular compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

- Develop and maintain tax plans, robust compliance procedures, and risk assessment frameworks to ensure effective tax and compliance management.

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations in India, proactively identifying potential risks or opportunities for the organization.

- Handle IT assessments, notices, and audits (Direct and Indirect Taxes).

- Lead stakeholder management (internal and external) for financial and tax compliances.

- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on financial matters, including tax implications of business decisions and transactions.

Requirements & Skill Set:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Experience: 5-6 years of post-qualification experience.

- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.
