Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Job Postings and Market Research: Write compelling job descriptions and post on appropriate platforms. Stay updated on industry trends to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from initial contact through the hiring process.
Offer Management: Manage the negotiation and offer process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to employment.
Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience : Proven experience recruitment at least 4-5 year, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to assess candidates and match skills with job requirements
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Gender Preferred- Both(Male & Female)
