LTIMindtree - Content Writer (5-8 yrs)

Basic criteria :

- Experience : 5 to 8 years of writing experience from a tech firm or as a content lead with expertise in business storytelling and writing.

- Preferred qualifications : Graduates in any field with knowledge and understanding of the technology landscape and evolving trends.

Role :

- Create high-quality, unique, and original content per the brand's tonality to support marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop content

- Get proper brief through questionnaires before working and independently gather information from subject matter experts

- Understand customer journeys and write content meeting the needs of the target audience for drip and nurture campaigns

- Creative thinking and writing to develop short and long forms of content

- Write content for landing pages, blogs, PoVs, whitepapers, brochures, case studies, video scripts, podcasts, testimonials, client visit collaterals, marketing assets for events, etc.

- Develop leadership messages with an authoritative and credible tone of voice for reports, events, etc.

- Constantly review and optimize content by tracking performance analytics

- Manage vendors and drive deliveries within deadlines

- Develop feedback mechanism for marketing initiatives to ensure ROI and continuity of business engagements

- We believe that there is no substitute for human creativity in thinking, bringing out nuances on a subject, and thereby writing; however, a candidate should have the basic knowledge to use generative AI

Skills and personality traits :

- Exceptionally strong communication skills and proficient in managing stakeholders at diverse levels and supporting their initiatives with compelling content and capability to multi-task projects

- Independently capable of supporting campaigns aligned with content strategy and themes for business marketing

- Attention to detail and knowhow to differentiate various content requirements

- Proven ability to follow brand and content guidelines

- Understanding of ethics and integrity with zero tolerance for plagiarism

- Should be a team player who can collaborate within the team and with cross-functional teams

- Excellent follow-up, time management, and organization skills

- Can execute projects end-to-end
