Job Description

The CDP SME will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and insights about customer data platforms This role involves understanding and interpreting complex customer data developing strategies for data management and ensuring that the companys data practices align with industry standards and regulations

Responsibilities

1 Provide expert knowledge and guidance on the use of customer data platforms

2 Develop and implement strategies for effective data management

3 Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards

4 Collaborate with other departments to integrate customer data platforms into business operations

5 Train and mentor staff on the use of customer data platforms

6 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer data platforms

7 Stay uptodate with the latest developments and trends in customer data management

8 Assist in the selection and implementation of new customer data platforms

9 Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity

10 Develop and maintain documentation related to customer data platforms

Qualifications

1 Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field

2 Proven experience as a CDP SME or in a similar role

3 Strong knowledge of customer data platforms and data management principles

4 Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

5 Strong communication and presentation skills

6 Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

7 Uptodate knowledge of data privacy regulations and industry standards

8 Proficiency in data analysis tools and software

9 Strong project management skills

10 Ability to train and mentor staff
