Job Summary:
Trade Performance Senior Analyst will play an essential role in driving revenue growth for multiple trades by leveraging data-driven insights to improve metrics such as Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, and availability. Translate data into strategic recommendations that align with business objectives and drive impactful improvements for respective Trade and optimize overall customer engagement. S(he) will focus on designing and managing dashboards to monitor key performance metrics, uncover actionable insights, and identify growth opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Analytics strategy : Develop and execute the overall analytics strategy for the PRO Digital business, aligning it with the business goals and objectives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting frameworks to track and measure Digital performance. Define data requirements, data flows, and data integration processes to support business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making.
Analyze User Experience - Develop in-depth understanding of shopping behavior for PRO customers on Lowes.com: from inspiration to installation.
Revenue Growth: Utilize data analysis to drive revenue growth across various trades. Identify key levers and strategies to enhance trade performance, including improving metrics such as Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, and availability
Dashboard Design and Management: Create and manage dashboards to track and visualize key trade performance metrics. Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze trade data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Identify key metrics that influence trade success and use these insights to drive strategic improvements and growth opportunities.
Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis and insights. Advocate for changes that enhance trade performance and contribute to overall business objectives.
Competitor Analysis and Benchmarking : Continuously monitor and evaluate competitor platforms (desktop, app & mweb) to understand industry trends and emerging best practices. Use these insights to inspire and implement innovative features and enhancements aligned to Trade growth strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with partner teams, including Merchandising, Tech/Product Management, Inventory Planning, Stores, and Supply Chain, to share insights and enable timely decision-making for stakeholders on Lowes.com and app platforms.
Years of Experience
4+ years of total experience in data analytics
2+ years of experience in E-commerce
Experience in working with US based companies (preferred)
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Required Bachelor s Degree Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or Related Field
Preferred Master s degree MBA or Related Field

Required 4 Years Data Analytics Role in Ecommerce / Omni Channel Retailer
Required 3 Years Experience with Excel, SQL, Python/R, Adobe, Power BI, Tableau, DART (or similar analysis tools)
