Your responsibilities will include:

The Manager, PRO & Services should have knowledge and hands on experience in the following areas:

  • Manage and lead a team of associates, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring they deliver high-quality financial analyses and reporting.

  • Analyze, track and report business performance across all stores, using financial models, dashboards, reports and scorecards to inform key stakeholders.

  • Identify and capitalize on expense productivity opportunities to optimize PRO & Services operations.

  • Measure impact of new initiatives that get rolled out to stores often, by performing pre vs post analyses.

  • Measure the impact of several calendarized promo events on sales and margins.

  • Proactively identify and address challenges, providing strategic solutions to improve financial performance and efficiency through strong thought leadership.

  • Ensure that the team is well-versed in financial acumen, PRO & Services retail concepts, and best practices in the industry.

  • Drive the build of scorecards that compare stores expense performance.

  • Identify opportunities to drive operational efficiencies in the team via automation and clear system and data roadblocks for team members by liaising with Tech teams.

  • Cross collab with other teams in Stores Finance and FDS&A to ensure sharing of learnings about initiatives and business performance and identify synergies.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders in the SSCM to elevate areas of work, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Lead talent recruitment, assessments, and retention efforts within the team, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce.

Qualifications & Qualities:

  • Education: CA, MBA (Finance), or post-graduate degree in Finance.

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles in Financial Planning & Analysis or Analytics.

  • Retail Acumen: Strong financial acumen, particularly in the retail sector, with a deep understanding of retail operations and key performance indicators.

  • Influencing Skills: Exceptional ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, coordination, planning, and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.

  • Communication: Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with upward and downward stakeholders, teams and peers.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience in data visualization using PowerBI is an added advantage.
