Job Description

Review Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and record findings.

Achieve set target of reviews on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Drive consistency and accuracy on identifying any deviation from the ideal or laid out SOPs to provide accurate feedback.

Identify opportunities with technology, systems, policies, and procedures, etc., and escalate to Supervisor .

Stay up to date in terms of any upcoming changes and alterations in processes
-
Health monitoring of the CCTV views and notifying supervisor for any obstruction in the view or camera angle issues.
