Business Manager- Pro Audio Visual

Key responsibilities:

• Ad Sales Management:
  

1. Achieve and exceed ad sales targets for the print edition of our Pro Audio Visual magazine.
   
2. Drive ad sales for the magazines website, ensuring consistent growth and revenue.
   
   

• Event organization:
  

1. Plan and execute profitable B2B audio visual industry events, both physical and online.
   
2. Ensure events are targeted, engaging, and deliver value to participants.
   
   

• Editorial collaboration:
  

1. Provide strategic inputs to the Editor to shape the annual content plans.
   
2. Ensure content aligns with market trends and audience interests.
   

• Digital Initiatives:
  

1. Lead the digital initiatives of Audio Visual, including website advertising, promotions, and social media strategy.
   
2. Innovate and implement digital solutions to enhance audience engagement and reach.
   

• Branding and Networking:
  

1. Spearhead branding initiatives to position the magazine as the leader in the B2B healthcare space.
   
2. Network extensively with healthcare professionals and associations to build and maintain strong industry relationships.
   
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  
• Proven track record in ad sales, event management, and digital marketing from audio visual industry / audio visual sales exhibition industry.
  
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
  
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  
• Willingness to travel within India and abroad.
