Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales Manager to join our dynamic sales
team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and a proven track record
of achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sales
executives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll be responsible for:
â Manage and lead a team of Sales executives, providing guidance, training, and
coaching to optimize their performance and achieve sales targets.
â Develop and implement effective Sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet
or exceed sales goals.
â Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
to enhance their productivity and sales skills.
â Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and take
corrective actions as necessary.
â Foster a positive and motivational work environment to maximize team morale and
engagement.
â Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention.
â Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations to align
sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
â Utilize CRM tools effectively to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate
accurate sales reports.
â Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated
with industry trends.
â Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our
products/services and highlighting their beneï¬ts.
â Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively
communicate the value proposition to customers.
What weâre looking for:
â Masterâs / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
ï¬eld.
â 3+ years of proven experience in Digital media sales (Lead Generation), preferably in
a managerial role.
â To generate revenue through cost per mille (CPM), Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per
Lead (CPL).
â Identify and evaluate potential marketing revenue opportunities, develop
comprehensive broadcast and digital sales packages, deliver persuasive
presentations to clients, and successfully close sales.
â Excellent communication skills in Tamil/ Kannada/ Telugu/ Marathi/ Hindi and
English, both verbal and written.
â Strong leadership and team management abilities.
â Proï¬ciency in using CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
â Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
â Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
â Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
â Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
â Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
â Self-motivated and result-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
â Brownie points if you have:
â Experience in working with the local language content platform.
â Knowledge of the local market and understanding of the user preferences in
Telugu/ Kannada/Tamil/ Hindi/ Marathi & English-speaking regions.
â Previous experience in managing sales teams in the tech industry.
â Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in driving sales.
