- We are seeking a Lead UX Researcher to uncover deep insights about users across India, from Tier 1 cities to Tier 3 towns.

- This is an exciting opportunity to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences across diverse demographics.

- You will lead research initiatives that drive user-centric design, ensuring our products resonate with users nationwide.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conducting end to end primary and secondary research; on ground and telephonic interviews/ remote.

- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies including but not limited to user interviews, usability testing, concept testing, surveys, card sorting.

- Build comprehensive user personas and journey maps based on behavioral and cultural insights.

- Identify user pain points and motivations, providing actionable recommendations to improve user experiences.

- Present research findings to senior leadership, product teams, the design and other key stakeholders.

- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability studies for prototypes and live products.

- Conduct quality research audits to ensure the quality of user studies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

- 3 to 5 years in UX research with a portfolio showcasing impactful research work.

- Hands-on experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

- Proven ability to conduct research with diverse user groups, including rural and urban populations.

- Proven ability to manage and lead a research team, ensuring efficient collaboration and high quality deliverables.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate findings effectively.
