Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Sales Strategy and Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve leasing targets for EVs across 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and 4-wheelers.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in alignment with company objectives, actively working to meet or exceed these targets.

2.Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including fleet operators, logistics companies, and businesses in need of EV solutions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients to drive new leasing agreements.

3.Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored leasing solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the leasing lifecycle.

4.Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to position Log9s leasing services effectively.
  • Provide insights on market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and product offerings.

5.Proposal and Contract Management

  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate lease terms, and manage the contract process to close deals efficiently.

6.Collaboration with Operations and Service Teams

  • Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery, maintenance, and servicing as per client agreements.
  • Monitor asset performance and client feedback to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

7.Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue targets, using data to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management, contributing to strategic planning for the leasing business.

8.Customer Education and Promotion

  • Educate clients on the benefits of EV leasing and Log9s unique offerings, positioning the company as a leader in EV fleet solutions.
  • Represent Log9 at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the companys leasing and technology solutions.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of sustainable mobility, driving the adoption of EVs and contributing to Log9's mission of advancing clean energy solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 38 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in automotive, EV, or leasing industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems
