Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell logistics and supply chain services.
• Track and analyze account performance metrics and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and address client challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand client portfolios.
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Identify potential risks in account management and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed account presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in contract negotiations and renewals with key clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-4 years of experience in key account management within the logistics and supply chain industry.

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
