The work atmosphere is really great for learning and implementing new technological advancements for freshers. Found great people to work with in the organisation, good talent pool had been hired.

Dislikes

Incompetency in market research, as they have tried to enter a market with a totally different technology which doesn’t have any way to progress in the future. Cofounders are not very transparent in terms of communicating difficult company dynamics to the employees.
