Since it is a startup company learning can be great. TECHNICAL People(not management) who work there are good and from them one can learn a lot.

Dislikes

Everything... Poor management : 1. They over hired 16 freshers from IITs and laid of 10 of them because they did not had any work to offer and lack of funding (Why hire in first place ??). 2. There is no proper management for reporting the work, Half of the time gets consumed in reporting to multiple peoples such as manager who assigned the work, manager who overlooks everything, guy above all this should have transparency so report to that guy also(you are wasting paid employee time). 3. Likes

Decent work life balance, opportunities to learn and try different tools/techs with complete ownership of one’s work.

Dislikes

No incentive for high performers as hike remains the same for all. The figure directly comes from HR and the manager has no say in the numbers.
