Technical Recruiter

Location:
Bangalore, India

• Support ColorTokens end-to-end recruiting and talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding in a timely and effective manner, including hiring reviews, managing all recruiting dashboards and documentation
• Manage recruitment timelines and meet the defined hiring KPI and objectives
• Successfully manage talent searches on a predefined timeline; set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritize hiring needs in a fast-paced environment
• Work with business stakeholders, partners, and vendors to proactively identify potential future hires ahead of time and meet the company s recruiting goals
• Take over and own campus and capstone hiring programs to identify up and coming talent on campuses, including internship programs.

• MBA/ BE or equivalent practical experience
• Upto 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Cyber Security
• Experience managing a team of recruiters
• Good understanding of employment laws and related policies
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
• Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management
• Experience providing thought leadership to sourcing strategies and project management
