Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients.

- Assist in the development of technical proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).

- Lead the planning and execution of project deployments, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Install, configure, and test cybersecurity, networking, and data center solutions at customer sites.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the deployment process.

- Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide ongoing technical support to customers after deployment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for product improvement.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in cybersecurity, networking, and data center technologies.

- Participate in industry training and certifications to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience supporting the sale and deployment of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, and/or data center solutions.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).

- Experience with server and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Relevant industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Security+, CISSP).

- Experience with project management methodologies.
