Dislikes

The company is still operating as a startup or worse than it. There is no work/life balance, In the name of Hybrid employees have to come 4day/week. No employee suverys are done before implementing a decision. The work culture in not inclusive. No employee benefit can be seen on daily basis like no cab facility,Have a single canteen no option for food,HR team rarely interact with the employees. High workload. More of a call center than a TAC. People leave from here within a span of max 1.5-2 years and the management are not concerned of anything....Read More
