Sales Training Lead (GM/DGM)

Training Program Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the sales team's needs.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning content, and role-playing activities.
• Ensure training programs align with organizational goals and sales strategies.

Needs Assessment:

• Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales managers to understand team challenges and performance metrics.

Training Delivery:

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales representatives.
• Use innovative teaching methods to enhance participant engagement and retention.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with sales leaders, HR, and product teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives.
