Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager Civil Engineers to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry, while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations :
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receipt, storage of material related issues
• Ensure Safety, Security & Quality policies / procedures are adhered to
• Inventory :
• Receiving, Recording and Storing New inventory / Used Inventory /Return Inventory and ensuring that they are in the right location.
• Perform physical inventory counts, compare them to System Inventory and Reconciliations.
• Coordinating :Collaborating with various teams- Projects, Quality, Commercial, EHS, Central Procurement and Hospitality & Property Management teams solving queries with a problem resolution approach.
• Work Management :
• Assigning work, monitoring staff productivity

Education Qualification:

• Diploma in Engineering/ Graduate in any discipline (2024/2023 year pass-outs)
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management/ Material Management / Civil Engineering/ Real Estate /Construction Industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
