Job Role Summary
In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementation and continuity of dynamic learning and development programs for internal capability building and facilitate meeting the company's strategic goals. Your role would entail collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver new product and training processes to augment the competency levels along with the requisite behavioral training to enhance performance of employees through quality service to customers.
Job Key Deliverables
Identification of Training needs of employees effectively across the Organization through a well-defined and robust process in alignment with Leadership team and line managers and list the development for individuals and teams.
Planning and drafting the Annual Training calendar post effective prioritization of training needs along with details on monthly topics covered, duration, target audience, trainer etc.
Guiding efforts towards effective design and delivery of training programs through optimization of internal and external resources available and networking with Subject matter experts.
Participating in the preparation of budget of Personnel training and further track & monitor costs for optimization
Using virtual platforms for the successful delivery of on-line programs and other related market specific webinars
Evaluating the effectiveness of training; assess and determine the ROI of different interventions undertaken
Create development journeys, manage the project implementation, provide thought leadership and engage with stakeholders to gather and share data and mobilize teams to adopt the new approaches
Coaching and mentoring others in their efforts to apply learning principles and efforts to develop self and others along with organizational growth.
Responsible to building and sustaining an engaged and motivated workforce
Driving initiatives to facilitate the organizations objective of cultivating and sustaining an inclusive and diverse environment
Must be willing to travel atleast 8 days in a month to delivery program at locations across India.
Should possess strong communication, presentation, facilitation and change management skills
Should possess a growth mindset with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt and openness to take calculated risks
Must possess strong technical knowledge to provide sound and insightful recommendations in area of expertise to stakeholders and team members
Must display a positive attitude with a drive towards results along with accountability and credibility in one’s approach.
Ability to balance creativity and innovation with practicality to measure long term impact
Should demonstrate expertise in developing and leading the learning experience in an entrepreneurial, diverse and growing organization
Ability to achieve results against an internal and external standard of excellence, showing a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to establish a systematic course of action for self or others to ensure successful project completion including determining priorities and allocating time and resources effectively and thrive under pressure
Familiarity with the digital platform and proficiency in MS tools is essential.

Degree of customization of learning journey across management levels
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor Degree and MBA (HR) Work Experience Approximately 10-15 years of Experience in learning and development, Preferred Industry Experience Automobile or Manufacturing industry
Experience in designing, developing, implementing and facilitating effective training and development programs.
Strong knowledge in OD interventions, best practices, models and assessment applications
Instructional Design certification
Exceptional Project Management skills, experience with managing multiple projects
Orientation/certification on reliable personality, psychometric assessments and competency profilers
Advanced skills in conducting needs analysis and recommending learning solutions
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools
