Role & responsibilities

Bank Disbursement

• Responsible for execution of project specific targets aiming towards the benefit of department and organization
• Co-ordinate with multiple Banks and customers for first disbursements and generate revenue
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve customer issues clearing the pathway for disbursement
• Managing a team of Relationship Executives / Asst General Managers who provide suitable home loans guidance to customers till disbursement with great customer experience.
• Monitor progress of team members with regards to productivity and achievement of KPIs
• Target customer base for generating pipeline for sanction and generate references for loyalty business
• Monitor cases that are lost to other channels for sanction and check for possibilities for conversion

Customer Experience

• Ensure customer satisfaction with hassle free home loan service
• Monitor the service provided by the team members in terms of adherence to processes
• Suggest process changes that can create a positive experience during loan process
• Ensure regular knowledge enhancement of the market in home loans in order to provide best solution that suits both customers and the company

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with over 5 years of experience managing home / housing loan sales and operations
• Skilled in customer engagement and CSAT
• Willing to manage a team of associates
