CRM Executive

We are looking for a candidate who will manage end to end after sales services. Has an experience in Customer Relationship Management and the technological know-how of the latest CRM software for day to day Operations management. We need a candidate who is a quick learner and has a problem-solving attitude ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• To understand the product/ customers/ processes and accordingly implement the operational plans
• To be an on - ground expert in after sales services and train the relevant stakeholders about the usage of the product and services to be offered
• Continuous market research to identify best practices, come-up with innovative ideas to create high customer happiness scores & higher adoption for our product
• Implement events/activities and co-ordinate with the relevant brands and all stakeholders

Requirements:

● 2-4 years of experience in similar roles

●Location: Mumbai (Open to work On-field 70% of the time)

● Go getter attitude/takes the ownership of the roles and responsibilities.

● Prior experience preferably in fast growing start ups

● Problem Solving Approach.

● Great hold on Verbal and Written Communication.

● Strategic Planning, High focus on Customer retention.

● Data Analysis and Total knowledge of MS Office.
