Associate - Business Development

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, developing relationships with the clients, and driving revenue through the sale of our software. Your role will be crucial in expanding the company's market presence and achieving its sales objectives. Were looking for a candidate who will be managing a team of business development professionals to drive the sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue society leads through various channels such as walk-ins, cold calling, referrals and digital marketing initiatives
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and bringing referral business
• Arrange meetings and conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders
• Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline month on month and keeping records of sales, revenue,

invoices etc

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience. (In SaaS sales will be more preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business management or a related field
• Excellent communication with great presentation skills
• Proven ability to negotiate
• Ability to self-motivate and work in target driven environment
• Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings or any business related work
