Who Are We Looking For
Proven experience 06-1 year in customer support or technical support roles, preferably with a focus on Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools.
Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration,
or relevant field is preferred.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Odoo modules, configurations, and integrations.
Guide clients through the implementation and setup of Odoo modules.
Collaborate closely with our development and implementation teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document support cases, solutions provided, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize clients' use of Odoo through training and best practices advice.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Use the Helpdesk or Support modules in Odoo to handle Pre-sales and post-sales inquiries and support
requests. Customers can submit inquiries through various channels, and support agents can manage and resolve them efficiently.
